Holiday Mart was started by Weaver School and Workshop 1974 as a fundraiser and was held in their school and workshop in Tallmadge on Howe Road. In 1997, they moved the show to the Arena Complex on the fairgrounds. In 2019, Weaver School sold the show to the Summit County Agricultural Society a non profit 501c3. The Society uses the show as a fundraiser and uses those funds to put back on the fairgrounds in repairs and upgrades.


SATURDAY Come Early and be the first to see what’s new and for those unique gifts. Early Bird Hours: 8 am to 10 am – $10 per person / 10 & under free (Cash or Credit card at the door. All Credit Card fees are subject to a 3.95% fee)
SATURDAY 10am to 4pm – $5 children 10 & under free (Cash or Credit card at the door. All Credit Card fees are subject to a 3.95% fee)
Sunday 10am to 3pm – $5 children 10 & under free (Cash or Credit card at the door. All Credit Card fees are subject to a 3.95% fee)

BOOTH FEES:
$175 BEFORE MARCH 15, 2026 FOR ARENA COMPLEX AND $150 FOR THE HALL
$200 AFTER MARCH 15, 2026 / FOR THE AREANA COMPLEX
Table rental is $16 per table. Chair Rental is $5 and includes two chairs.
Electricity fee is $10 per booth space.
Food Booths that are Cooking or have freezer/refrigeration $30 Electric ChargeSpaces with electricity are limited! If you require electric, you may not be placed in the space you were previously in or the space you requested!
You are required to furnish your own 100ft 14 2 wire extension cord.
For outside food vendors, we have 50 AMP and 30 AMP electric available in most locations. You may need up to 100 feet of extension cord.
Vendor Name Badges – Each applicant will receive two (2) vendor name badges. You may purchase up to three (3) additional vendor name badges for $5 each.
Holiday Mart Sponsorships:
The North Pole- Our highest sponsorship level, this sponsorship will include your business logo on our Holiday Mart tote bag which we give out to every customer (approximately 5,500-6,000 bags) for the show. Your business logo and website link, will also be placed on our website, spotlight social media posts & in all advertisements. Priced at $3000 – Two Sponsorships available at this level.
Candy Cane Lane- Our first mid-level sponsorship, this sponsorship will include your banner (sponsor provided) hung in “Candy Cane Lane”. Candy Cane Lane is our tented lane into the main building! 90% of all customers pass through “Candy Cane Lane”. Your business logo and website link will be placed on our website, spotlight social media posts & and in all advertisements. Priced at $750
Santa’s Helpers – Our second mid-level sponsorship, this sponsorship will include your business name and logo included in the advertising of our very popular Photos with Santa Clause. Your business name & logo will be placed on our website, spotlight social media & in all advertisements. Priced at $500 – Two sponsorships available at this level.
Mistletoe Magic- Our lower level sponsorship, this sponsorship will include spotlight social media posts, and your business name & logo linked on our website. You will also be named on our printed advertising. Priced at $250
