The fairgrounds has endless possibilities with grounds rental.  Horse Shows, RV Clubs, Festivals, Food Truck Shows, Large Equipment Shows, Livestock Sales and so much more. 

RV Club Rally Grounds Rentals

The Summit Fairgrounds is a fantastic facility to hold your RV Club Rally. The fairgrounds offer:

• Easy access
• Flat, gravel and grass locations
• Electric hook-ups
  • 200+
  • Mostly 120v/20amp
  • Some 120v/30amp
  • Limited 220v/50amp
• Water hook-ups in each area
• Dumping station with water and hose
• Hall (52′ x 100′) with kitchen facility
• Restrooms (handicap accessible)

Horse and Livestock Facilities

The Summit County Fairgrounds offers diversity to small and large groups alike. Our outstanding Horse Show Facilities feature both indoor and outdoor certified sized show rings:

• Ring A is 120’x 240′ with entry booth, announcer stand, kitchen and roofed patio with bleachers.
• Ring B is 178’x 84′ with announcer stand and bleachers

Our Grandstand area consists of the following:

• Seating for 4,400
• Arena area is 500′ x 85′
• Stage area of 12′ x 16′
• Pit area is 360′ x 158′

Barn areas for Horse Shows includes 90 stall units with room for 276 additional stalls:

• Barn #6
  • 152′ x 60′ (150′ x 58′ clear span)
  • Will hold 56 – 10′ x 10′ portable stalls.
• Barn #10
  • 250′ x 92′ (227′ x 57′ clear span)
  • 48 – 8′ x 10′ and 4 – 10′ x 10′ permanent stalls.
  • 42 – 10′ x 10′ semi-permanent stalls
  • And can hold 42 additional 10′ x 10′ portable stalls.
