Domestic Arts
Welcome to our Domestic Arts Building. For the fair patrons bring their art, photography, flowers, vegetables, baked goods, woodworking, handicrafts and more to be judged and displays. We are looking for volunteers to work:
Sunday before the fair from 1pm to 6pm to help take in displays and place them. This would take walking around the building or we do have jobs were you sit and hand out papers.
Monday before fair we are looking for help to put items on display or write for judges 11am to 1pm, 1pm to 3pm or 3pm to 6pm
Tuesday – Sunday 1pm to 3pm, 3pm to 6pm – looking for people to sit and greet people and answer simple questions on how to enter for next years fair.
BEAUTIFICATION
Welcome to our beautification projects! We are looking for individuals that have some free time in June and July to come and water flowers or pull some weeds on raised beds. You can do this on your time. Or during the fair, we have an opportunity for individuals in the morning to wipe down picnic tables and change table covering.
GRANDSTAND HELP
Friday, evening for Truck Pulls
Looking for someone to be at a scale and record weights from 5pm-end of tractor pull around 10:30pm – this would require some standing but could have long periods of sitting as well
Looking for someone to run paperwork from entry building to stage – would have to be at least 16 years old with a valid drivers license as you will be using a golf cart from 7pm-end of tractor pull around 10:30pm
Saturday, July 27 for Tractor Pulls
