Grade and Exhibit is for your 4H County Project Judging and to Qualify for State Fair.  CANCELLED 

2020 Deadline for Arts & Stem Departments J13 - J21 is July 1st 

2020 Deadline for Cats, Dogs, Pocket Pets is July 1st

2020 Deadline for Horses is June 28th 

2020 Deadline for All other Livestock is July 1st at 4pm 

2020 Horse PAS will be held May 31 and June 20 /  PAS Dressage will be held May 30  CANCELLED

JUNE 28 11:59PM - Fair Packets due.   

JULY 24-JULY 27- Clubs will be signing up for dates/times in which they will be able to go into the barn to set up their stalls to make the move into fair run more smooth and to allow for as much spacing as possible (saw dust, fans, water buckets, electrical, tack, etc.) Advisors will be receiving a link for a sign up genius for this. 

JULY 28- Horses may haul in according to their assigned haul in times (you will give your preference in your Fair Packet)

Medical Form DUE TUESDAY, JULY 28 by 10PM. (emailed to us or submitted in person) 

JULY 29-AUGUST 2 - The Summit County Fair/ Horses Showing

AUGUST 2 - Horses may be released STARTING at 1PM.
