MEMBERSHIPS 

Sale of memberships for the period January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 will commence on December 1, 2016 and end on August 1, 2017.  Memberships may be purchased at the Fair Office.  The current cost of a membership is $10.  Only those individuals holding membership to the Society have voting privileges at the Annual Election of Directors.

2016 ANNUAL ELECTION  

 The Annual Election of Directors will take place on November 8, 2016.    Only those individuals holding a 2016 membership to the Society have voting privileges at the Annual Election of Directors.  Voting will take place on November 8, 2016 at the Administrative Office on the Fairgrounds from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and in the Virginia Ocasek Hall on the Fairgrounds from 5:00 p.m. until 6:45 p.m.

  Interested in becoming a member of the Society?

 Residents of Summit County are eligible to become members of the Summit County Agricultural Society.  Come join us at our monthly Board Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.  Meetings are held in the Virginia Ocasek Bldg on the fairgrounds.  Call the Administrative Office at 330.633.6200 for more information.
